The Museum of Idaho was eager to host the Ink & Blood exhibition. Having hosted major traveling exhibits from the Field Museum (T.Rex named Sue), N.A.S.A.\u2019s (Space Journey), Savage Seas (Triebold Paleontology) and Lewis & Clark we felt that Ink & Blood would make a significant historical and cultural contribution to residents of the Intermountain West.<\/p>\n
Since the Ink & Blood Grand Opening on February 16th we have been overwhelmed with the numbers of visitors. The compliments, positive comments, and overall appreciation from thousands of visitors have confirmed that this exhibition touches the values and commonalities that we all hold.<\/p>\n

The demonstration of the replica Gutenberg Press was a big hit with our students…<\/p>\n The tour was excellent and allowed students to easily see and understand the artifacts and information. Your arrangement of the artifacts and displays were very student friendly allowing them to learn independently.<\/p>\n Our Social Studies teacher, Ron Cawood, said, “This is the most impressive display of Roman artifacts I have seen. This has been an invaluable experience for my students.”<\/p>\n My students definitely gained a deep appreciation for the development and importance of printed text. We found that the scholarly, historical approach to the Bible that the exhibit took did not in any way diminish its profound appreciation of the sacrifices that religious people of many faiths have made for their beliefs over the centuries.
